Although we don’t do certified pest inspections we do however look for pest invasion or damage and note them in our reports, You may opt to get an additional expert inspection or we can offer a local certified business to inspect your property as a separate report.

1. **Termites**:

* Structural damage to wood framing, beams, and joists

* Damage to wooden structures like decks, porches, and roofs
